Jeffrey Logan has 30 years of experience in energy policy analysis, low-carbon market development, energy security, and strategic planning. Over the past 13 years at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), he has led innovative work on international power sector transformation, beneficial electrification, carbon mitigation, renewable energy policy design, and collaboration with key developing countries. He had previous positions at the U.S. Congressional Research Service, the World Resources Institute, the International Energy Agency, Pacific Northwest National Lab, Peace Corps, and GE. Logan has undergraduate degrees in aerospace engineering and liberal arts from Pennsylvania State University, and graduate degrees in public administration and environmental science from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA).
